How to add a new Work Group

1- Click on “Settings” from main menu


2- Click on “Attendance Rule” tab


3- Click on “Add New” button


4- Fill in the Work Group data as follows

4.1-Policy: Choose form pre-added Policies in policy tab in Attendance Rule settings.

4.2-Name: Work Group Name in English Language that should neither be repeated nor left blank

4.3-Name (Arabic): Work Group Name in Arabic Language that should not be left blank

4.4-Shifts Schedule: click on “Add Shifts Schedule”


5- Fill in Shift Schedule Data as follows

5.1-Shift: Select a shift from Added Shifts in the chosen Attendance Policy

5.2-From Date: Start Date of Shift Schedule

5.3- To Date: End Date of Shift Schedule

5.4-Press on Check Mark symbol after choosing required Shift Schedule Information


6- After entering the required Work Group Information, click on “Add” button
