How to create a Department

1- Click on “Settings” from main menu


2- Click on “Parent Departments/ Departments” tab


3- Click on edit button of the required Parent department which is shown as a “pen” icon


4- Click on "Add New Department" button


5- Fill in Department data as follows

5.1-Department Name in English: Should be written in English language and should neither be repeated nor left blank

5.2-Department Name in Arabic: Should be written in Arabic language and should not be left blank

5.3-Manager: Select Manager Name from pre-added employees

5.4-No. of Employees: Automatically filled field which is incremented automatically upon adding employees to the created department


6- After entering the required information press on check mark button


7- Press on “Save” button
