1- Click on “Settings” from main menu
2- Click on “Employment Type” tab
3- Click on “Employee document types” tab
4- Click on “Add new document type” button
5- Fill in the new document type data as follows
5.1-Name: Employment document type name in English Language that should neither be repeated nor left blank
5.2-Name in Arabic: Employment document type name in Arabic Language that should not be left blank
5.3-Include expiry date: Either include expiry date with the employment document type or not
6- After entering the required information press on “Save” button
7- Repeat the same procedure starting from step 4 until all Employment document types are added
