How to add a new Public Holiday

1- Click on “Settings” from main menu

2- Click on “Leave management” tab

3- Click on “Public Holidays” tab

4- Click on “Add Holiday” button

5- Fill in the required Public Holiday data as follows

5.1-Name: Public Holiday Name in English Language that should neither be repeated nor left blank

5.2-Name in Arabic: Public Holiday Name in Arabic Language that should not be left blank

5.3-Holiday Start Date: Start Day of Public Holiday which is Inclusive in the Holiday

5.4-Holiday End Date: Start Day of Public Holiday which is Inclusive in the Holiday

5.5-Group Data: Could be “All Company” Or “By Group” where “By Group” allows to filter Employees by “Location - Department - Business Unit-Job - Grade - Contract Type - Gender Or Religion”

6- After entering all required information, press on “Add” button
