How to generate an Active Employees List Report

1- Click on “Reports” from main menu


2- Click on “Active Employees List”


3- Select the required information as follows

3.1-Hire Start Date: chosen through calendar

3.2-Hire End Date: chosen through calendar

3.3-Organization: chosen from pre-added business units in Organization Settings, an Asterisk symbol ‘*’ could be used to indicate all Organizations

3.4-Parent Department/Departments: selected from pre-added parent departments and pre-added departments In Organization Settings

3.5-Job: selected from pre-defined jobs

3.6-Work Group: selected from pre-added work groups in Attendance Rule Settings

3.7-Employee Status


4- Click on the required Report format either “Generate PDF” or “Generate XLS”
