New Features

Employee Data Uploader

• New feature has been added to the Employee Fast Loader and Employee Detailed Loader, that now you can load undefined departments and jobs and the system will automatically define them on your behalf to ease onboarding process

Attendance Management Setup

• New feature has been added to attendance policy setup so you can control attendance rules (Excuse, Absence, Missed Out, Lateness, Early Out) rest period, either as per Gregorian calendar or as per Payroll calendar

• Now attendance details setup on employee profile is being recorded, displayed and used as history for each employee, and history is recorded based on manual update from the view employees screen and through the import employees’ loader

Attendance Scheduler

• New feature has been added to repeat last week shift schedule of the employee to future weeks automatically

Attendance Tracking

• Now if an employee is on leave, leave name will appear in the attendance tracking for each employee

• Now attendance related approved requests will appear on attendance tracking under shift details

• New attendance source icons have been added to inform the user of the source (Check In/Out) either it’s a permission or mission

• Mission hours have been added to the attendance tracking

• Excuse hours have been added to the attendance tracking

• All check-in/out is being recorded and displayed on attendance tracking details under punches tab, as well as location name, location map, attendance machine IP, and mobile device IP, for each check-in and check-out

GEO Attendance

• Now each employee can see their assigned shift details when they submit check-in/out from Fawry PayDay mobile application

Leave Management

• New feature has been added “Allow Negative Balance” to allow employee submit for leaves even if they have their current year balance, and negative balance to be compensated from next year balance

Requests

• New feature has been added to allow Admin & HR users to print requests from request screen

• Enhancing Mission request details when displayed from inbox under my requests and pending my approvals area on Fawry PayDay mobile application

Reports
