Permission Management system designed to help organizations stay secure, efficient, and compliant while remaining
flexible enough to adapt to any team structure.
· With Role & Permission Management, you don’t just control access, you empower your workforce while
safeguarding your business.
· Centralized Role Management
o Default Roles: Predefined roles (Admin, HR, Personnel, Manager, Employee) cover the most common organizational needs
right out of the box, and those roles will remain the same, not editable, and you can copy from them when creating new
Custom Role.
o Custom Roles: Build tailored roles to match your unique business processes and compliance requirements, and you can
do so by clicking on add button. Define role names in multiple languages, give classification, so the system will help
you and define all necessary permissions for selected, assign role data authorization to ensure global compatibility.
· Data Authorization Made Simple
o Restrict or broaden data visibility to ensure the right people see the right information, by assigning data
authorization levels based on:
§ Myself: Usually given to Employees to view only their own data
§ Myself and Team: Usually given to Managers & Team Leaders to view their own data and their reporting employees’ data
§ All: Usually given to Admins, HR, Personnel & Payroll users, this option will allow role assignee to see related data
to all employees selected in the Employee Groups

Customized Roles (e.g., Admin, HR, Personnel, Manager, Employee, etc.…) to Managerial Roles (e.g., CEO, Business Unit
Manager, Parent Department Manager, Sub-Department Manager, Line Manager, Area Manager and Location Manager) and apply
them to specific employee segments.

o Now Fawry PayDay has a shortcut to all related attendance requests directly from the Attendance screen. Now you can
view and manage requests like Leave, Excuse, Overtime, Mission, Work from Home and Change Shift without navigating away,
saving time and improving efficiency.
· Enhanced Employee Sorting by Employee Code
o We’ve improved several key screens to contain sorting by Employee Code, making it faster and easier to find and
manage employee information. The following screens now support this enhancement:
§ View Employees: Quickly locate any employee by their Employee code.
§ Document Center: Organize employee documents more efficiently.
§ Renew Contract: Streamline contract renewals by easily identifying employees.
§ Leave Balance: View leave balances sorted by employee code for better management.
