***All new releases features will be added here*** Attendance Setup has never been easier 1. New attendance policy setup look and feel enhancement, an easy wizard that takes user into steps to setup their attendance policies 2. Copy Policy, new feature in creating attendance policy that allows user to create one policy and replicate it as many times as they need 3. Handling 4 new shift types (Flexible Hours Shift, Free Attendance Shift, Scheduled Shift, Single Sign Shift) 4. Copy Shift, new feature in creating shifts that allow user to create only one shift and replicate it with its related rules (Overtime, Late, Early Out) as many times as they need 5. Shift Exceptional Days, new feature has been added to help client that has same shift with different attendance timing on specific days of the week 6. (Early Check Out, Missed Check Out, Absence, Late & Overtime) deduction/addition from/to leave balance or salary 7. Attendance overtime auto calculation or manually requested by employees/managers through Overtime Request Attendance Machines 1. Defining fingerprint machine groups based on business units 2. The system evaluates multiple attendance metrics including: - Number of attended days - Absence rate - Lateness occurrences - Early departure instances - Missed checkout situations - Leave requests frequency - Excuse submissions This comprehensive assessment helps foster a culture of punctuality and reliability within the organization by publicly acknowledging top performers. Reminders on Probation & Contract Expiry • The system now automatically sends advance notifications to Admins, HR personnel, and Managers about upcoming probation periods and contract expirations 30 days before the due dates. This proactive alert mechanism ensures timely preparation of necessary documentation, performance evaluations, and renewal processes, preventing potential legal issues and ensuring continuity of employment Applicant Loader • A new bulk upload functionality has been introduced, allowing Admins, HR, and Personnel users to efficiently import large volumes of applicant data simultaneously. This feature significantly reduces the time required for onboarding new candidates and ensures all relevant information is systematically stored in the system. Requests • Loan Settlement: - Employees can now initiate early settlement of their loans through the system, streamlining the financial management process and providing flexibility for employees who wish to clear their debts ahead of schedule. • Work from Home: - A dedicated request form allows employees to formally submit work-from-home requests, which can then be reviewed and approved by managers. This facilitates remote work arrangements while maintaining proper documentation and tracking. • Leave Encashment: - Employees have the option to convert their unused leave days into cash payments, offering additional financial flexibility while ensuring proper record-keeping for both employees and employers. • Change Shift: - Employees can request temporary or permanent shift changes for specific dates through the system, improving work-life balance and accommodating special circumstances while maintaining operational efficiency. Requests Management • Administrators and HR users now have enhanced control over request visibility across web and mobile applications. Additionally, specific user roles can be assigned to each request type, ensuring proper authorization workflows. Attendance Management • A new feature allows organizations to define weekends on various schedules (weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis). These weekend definitions can be applied to all shifts under the attendance policy, with options to: - Automatically assign weekends at the beginning or end of the selected period - Flexibly auto assign weekends during the selected period based on operational needs This provides greater flexibility in managing work schedules while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Employees • A new photo uploader functionality enables administrators, HR and Personnel users to efficiently import employee photos in bulk • A new uploader functionality enables administrators, HR and Personnel users to upload/update line managers Reports • New Attendance Violation List report provides detailed insights into attendance discrepancies, helping managers identify patterns of tardiness or absence that may require attention. Mobile Application • Multiple User Attendance Control, when the same mobile device is used for attendance tracking by multiple users, the system automatically generates a request that must be approved by Admin or HR. This prevents potential attendance fraud and maintains the integrity of time records. • Version Control, a new version control feature ensures all mobile users are running the latest version of the application. When updates are released, users are prompted to update immediately, guaranteeing everyone has access to the most current features and security enhancements. Enhancements Select Employee Group • The employee group selection feature has been enhanced with the addition of Shift Type and Work Group criteria. This allows for more precise targeting of communications, policies, and reports based on specific work arrangements and organizational structures Announcement • The "By Group" feature enables targeted communication to specific employee groups based on department, location, job function, or other custom criteria. This ensures relevant information reaches the appropriate audience without overwhelming other employees Requests • Filtering capabilities have been improved with the addition of period-based filtering, allowing users to quickly locate requests within specific date ranges. This enhancement improves request search accuracy and simplifies historical data analysis Employee Data Uploader • The employee data upload process now includes: - Bulk assignment of employees to Geo Location Types - Addition of specific Location details - Maintenance of attendance policy history through the "Attendance Effective Date" field These improvements ensure accurate tracking of employee locations and proper application of attendance policies over time Employees • The Salary & Financial section has been enhanced to distinguish between total pay elements with direct impact on salary and those with indirect effects. This provides clearer financial reporting and helps employees understand the components of their compensation packages Attendance Tracking • When importing attendance data from ZK DB Files, the system now records: - Attendance machine number - Attendance machine name - Progress tracking for each attendance machine, when import attendance transactions These enhancements improve data traceability and allow administrators to monitor import processes more effectively Payroll Table • The payroll table screen now displays Employee Group and Pay Element Group information, providing clearer visibility into payroll criteria and simplifying the setup process for complex payroll table structures Payroll Management • The setup process for onetime entitlements and deductions has been simplified by adding: - Daily rate selection options - Hourly rate selection options - Custom hours per day configurations - Multiplier settings These enhancements provide greater flexibility in defining pay element rules that may vary based on specific requirements Reports • Attendance Details Report has been enhanced with additional data points and improved formatting for better readability and analytical value
