Release 2.7.0 brings a stronger HR experience across web and mobile — giving HR teams more control over attendance, requests, workflows, leave, missions, and overtime, while helping employees stay productive wherever they are.

What’s New

1. Reward Requests — Turn Recognition into Action

  • Make employee rewards easier to manage.

  • HR and authorized users can now reward their employees by creating reward requests using either a final amount or a number of days, with days automatically converted into a payroll amount.

2. Industrial Sick Leave — Built for Local Compliance

  • New Leave Type Industrial Sick Leave has been added to allow companies to labor law compliant

  • Request allow employee to check on their deduction percentage as per defined rule segments

3. Missed Punch Requests — Never Lose an Attendance Record

  • Setup allow authorized user to enable/disable Missing Punch Request, and defined how many requests employee can submit per (week, month, etc.…)

  • Employees can now recover missing attendance punches through a dedicated request, controlled directly from the Attendance Policy.

4. Day-Off Requests — Put Employees in Control

  • Attendance Policy setup now allow authorized user to set weekend type for employees to By Request, so employees assigned to updated attendance policy can request their weekends or scheduled days off through a dedicated request.

5. Workflow Escalation — Route Requests Smarter

Take workflow control further. Authorized users can now configure escalation rules based on specific request values such as Leave Type, Request Duration, Excuse Type/Duration, etc.

6. Overtime Compensation — Choose What Works for Your Business

Companies can now allow their employees to choose how public holidays and weekend overtime is compensated, with minimum worked hours for a full day consideration.

Enhancements That Improve Daily HR Operations

1. Smarter Termination & Resignation Requests

Make manager changes easier to manage. The requests now show the manager’s reporting employees and provides a selectable list for the new replacement manager, to maintain requests approval streamline as well as organization structure.

2. Age-Based Leave Rules

Give HR more flexibility when defining leave entitlements. Leave rules now support Age From/To ranges for age-based entitlement policies.

3. Mission Types by Employee Group

Deliver the right options to the right employees. Mission types can now be shown or hidden based on the employee group.

4. More Control Over Weekend Scheduling

The new Max Weekend Cap in Shift Schedule Attendance Policy helps HR control the maximum number of weekend assignments in the shift scheduler.

5. Faster Failed Punches Resolution

HR and authorized users can now review failed mobile punches, see the reason behind each failure, and approve them individually or in bulk.

  • Extra indicator icon that appears on Tracking screen under Fingerprint that display how many mobile fingerprints successful/failed

  • Individual failed mobile punches review and approval, can be accomplished from Employee Attendance Details\Punches Logs tab

  • Bulk failed mobile punches review and approval, can be accomplished from Tracking\Failed Punches Logs tab.

6. More Flexible Mission Requests

Mission Requests now give employees more flexibility to match business case, Same Day / Multiple Days and Full Day / Partial Day selections.

Mobile Experience: HR On the Go

1. Mobile Permissions — The Right Access for Every Role

HR and Admin users can now control exactly what each access role can see in the mobile application, helping keep the mobile experience focused and secure.

2. Keep Attendance Moving — Attendance Resilience Mode

A fallback attendance capture experience that helps employees record their punches reliably when normal real-time submission is temporarily unavailable. Punches are safely kept on the device, protected from duplication, and submitted automatically once the app can complete processing again, helping preserve attendance accuracy without requiring employees to repeat the action.
